First Phase

Foundation & Personalization

Start of the Program

After filling out the extensive 'audit' question-form, the coach will identify wins, areas for improvement, and set up a personalized plan of action. This will be presented to the client during the first online meeting, in the form of a personalized presentation that will get sent to the client afterward. The client also gets their login codes for access to our app.

The First Presentation

Overview of what the next weeks will look like, based on the goals and struggles of the client. The coach will personalize this bit and work with the most relevant Health Code-strategies to help the client implement all the HC-systems and reach their goal. Based on the 'stage of change' the client is at, additional strategies can be implemented that are not in Health Code, but only available through the program. All these behavioral change strategies are what I've learned during my years of education and practice, and are all proven.

Some Examples

Nutrition Focus

The coach and client discuss the right nutrition targets that work in your daily life. Think about getting rid of an all-or-nothing mindset, eating less UPFs, planning meals, eating enough fiber/protein, making healthy, affordable snacks or diving deeper and losing fat through a clear meal plan and tracking calories & macros.

Movement & Training

The coach will set a daily step goal for every client (excluding exceptions), based on their training history. We'll also focus on increasing your overall NEAT. If you want to go further, you'll get a fully personalized training plan based on your fitness level and overall schedule.

Environment Optimization

We'll make sure your environment is as supportive as possible of your goals. The coach and client discuss the home environment, the social environment, the work environment and special occasions like dinners and parties.

Mindset & Resilience

A large part of the first presentation is focused on mindset: how will you deal with resistance (seeing/identifying this as growth) and setbacks, how do you prevent ending up in the all-or-nothing mindset, and how do you keep a healthy relationship with food and movement? All of this will be discussed, using Health Code worksheets like the coping plan, a positive self-image and setting boundaries and saying no.

What support do I get during the program?

You have a 45-minute weekly check-in call, a personalized Plan of Action we adjust when needed, get feedback on your habits and patterns, and the ability to ask questions anytime through the coaching app. You’re never doing this alone.

What if I struggle with motivation?

Motivation isn’t reliable, it comes and goes. Through the system we build in the Program, you don't need motivation to keep going. Through evidence-based techniques like motivational interviewing, setting identity-based habits, and clear goal-setting, we’ll strengthen your internal drive so that staying consistent starts to feel natural.

How much time do I need to invest?

As much as you want, and never more than you can realistically handle. Your coach builds the program around your life. This could include a detailed meal plan and training plan, but also strategies to prevent an “all-or-nothing”-mindset and how to navigate cravings when you’re on the couch in the evenings. If your schedule is going to be extremely busy, you're going on a holiday or have other changes in life, we'll sit down together and look at how we can tweak your program so it stays aligned with your goals without overwhelming you.
